Who we are

Veste is an app for saving people’s sizes, including clothing, shoes, diapers, rings and accessories. The app is maintained by Cartae Serviços LTDA, CNPJ 54.245.388/0001-10, Brazil.

Data saved in the app

Veste lets you save people’s names, size categories, garments or items, sizes, optional notes, favorites, highlights, appearance preferences and Pro purchase status.

This data is used to display, search, edit, copy, share and export saved sizes.

On-device storage

Veste’s main data is stored on your device, within the app’s private area. This version of Veste does not offer its own account, require a login or provide its own cloud synchronization.

Depending on your device and operating-system settings, iOS or Android may include app data in a device backup, cloud backup or transfer. These backups are controlled through your Apple, Google and device settings.

Sharing initiated by you

When you copy, share or export sizes, the selected content may be sent to other apps or destinations you choose, such as messaging apps, email, local storage or cloud storage.

After you choose another app or destination, its rules govern how that service handles the data.

Ads and consent

The free version of Veste may display banner ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK on iOS and Android. The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform when consent choices are required in your region. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, it appears in Veste settings so you can review those choices.

Google services may collect, use and share data such as approximate location inferred by Google services, ad-related app interactions, diagnostics, app performance and device or advertising identifiers.

This data may be used for analytics, ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, security and legal compliance. Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Veste does not send the names, sizes or notes you save for its own ad targeting.

Purchases

Veste may offer a one-time, non-consumable purchase called Veste Pro to remove ads. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit on iOS, or by Google Play on Android. Veste checks the store result and stores the local status needed to activate the purchase. A restore option is available in settings for purchases associated with the same store account.

Cartae does not directly receive your full payment-card details from Apple or Google.

Deletion and control

You can delete people and sizes within the app. You can also remove local data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling Veste.

Because the current version does not create a Veste account, there is no account deletion flow. If app data was included in an operating-system or cloud backup, removing that backup depends on your Apple, Google and device settings and tools.

Security

Local data is kept within the app’s private storage on iOS and Android. This version of Veste does not have its own server receiving saved sizes.

No storage or transmission method is completely infallible, but the app was designed to keep its main data on the device and reduce unnecessary collection.

Children

Veste is not directed at children. Adults may use the app to save the sizes of children in their family, including clothing and diaper sizes.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app changes, new features are added or legal or app-store requirements apply. The updated version will display a new revision date.
