REPLETA

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Who we are

Repleta is a household recurring-restock app maintained by Cartae Serviços LTDA, CNPJ 54.245.388/0001-10, Brazil.

For privacy questions, contact Cartae at hi@cartae.com.br.

Data saved on your device

Repleta works on your device first and does not require an account. The items you create, item names, average duration, warning threshold, restock history, app preferences, language and reminder settings are stored locally on the device.

This data is used to show item status, estimate when something may run out, schedule local reminders and support actions such as “Restocked today” and “Ran out now.” The current version does not send this household data to Cartae servers.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Repleta uses Android or iOS notification permissions to send local alerts about items that may need restocking. The app may use system features to maintain or restore scheduled reminders.

You can disable notifications in the app or device settings.

Backup, sharing and contact

Repleta lets you export and import local backups. The file leaves the app only when you choose a destination through the device’s file picker or share sheet.

When you send feedback, Repleta opens the device’s email app. The message is sent only after you confirm delivery to the selected recipient.

Ads and third-party services

The free version of Repleta may display ads through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. The app uses Google consent tools when required.

Google AdMob and related services may collect, use and share data such as device or app identifiers, ad-related interactions, diagnostics, performance and approximate location inferred by Google services. Repleta item names and household-item history are not sent to AdMob.

On iOS, Repleta requests non-personalized ads, disables the Google Mobile Ads first-party identifier and does not request access to Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA). Google may still use other technical data to deliver and measure ads, produce diagnostics, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with legal obligations. Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Data sharing

Repleta does not sell users’ personal or sensitive data.

Data may be shared with service providers such as Google AdMob when needed to display ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with the law.

Purchases

Repleta offers a Plus option to remove ads and unlock additional features. The purchase is processed by the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. Cartae receives the purchase confirmation needed to unlock the benefit but does not receive your full card details.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on the device until you delete it. You can remove Repleta data by deleting items in the app, clearing app data when the system offers that option or uninstalling the app.

Because the current version does not create Repleta accounts, there is no account deletion flow. If future versions add accounts, synchronization or cloud backup, this policy and the deletion options will be updated before those features are released.

Data handled by Google services follows Google’s retention and deletion controls.

Security

Repleta’s main household data is stored locally on the device. Data transmitted by third-party services such as Google AdMob should be sent over secure connections according to those providers’ practices.

Children

Repleta is not directed at children. The app is intended for adults who organize recurring household items.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Repleta changes its features, data practices, third-party services or legal requirements. The updated version will display a new revision date.
