Who we are

ProntoBox is an organization app maintained by Cartae Serviços LTDA, CNPJ 54.245.388/0001-10, Brazil.

Data saved on your device

ProntoBox works locally and does not require an account. The data you add to the app and your preferences are stored in ProntoBox’s private area on your device.

The current version does not offer its own account, login or cloud synchronization and does not send the content you organize to Cartae servers.

Android backup

Android backup and automatic data transfer are disabled for ProntoBox. The app’s local data should not be included in your Google Account cloud backup or transferred automatically to another device.

Exporting and sharing initiated by you

When you choose to export or share content, ProntoBox prepares the selected data and opens Android’s sharing options. Nothing is exported or shared without an action from you.

The destination may be another app, email, local storage or a cloud service you choose. After your choice, the destination service’s rules govern how the data is handled.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, ProntoBox uses Android permissions to schedule and display local notifications on the device. The content of those reminders is not sent to Cartae servers.

You can disable notifications in the app settings or Android settings.

Ads and consent

The free version of ProntoBox may display ads through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform when consent choices are required.

Google services may collect, use and share data such as device or advertising identifiers, ad-related app interactions, diagnostics, performance and approximate location inferred by Google services.

This data may be used to deliver and measure ads, perform analytics, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with legal obligations. Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

ProntoBox does not send the content you organize for its own ad targeting.

Lifetime Plus purchase

ProntoBox may offer the one-time Lifetime Plus purchase to remove ads and unlock Plus features. The purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. The app checks and stores locally the status needed to activate or restore the purchase on the device.

Cartae does not receive your full payment card details directly from Google Play.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on the device while you keep ProntoBox and its content. You can delete data within the app or remove all local data by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling it.

Because the current version does not create a ProntoBox account, there is no account deletion flow. Data handled by Google follows that provider’s retention and deletion controls.

Security

The main data remains in the app’s private area on Android. This version of ProntoBox does not have its own server receiving the content you organize.

No storage or transmission method is completely infallible, but the app was designed to keep its main data on the device and reduce unnecessary collection.

Children

ProntoBox is not directed at children. The app is intended for people organizing their own items and information.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app changes, new features are added or legal or Google Play requirements apply. The updated version will display a new revision date.
