Who we are

Farmacinha is a household medicine-cabinet inventory app maintained by Cartae Serviços LTDA, CNPJ 54.245.388/0001-10, Brazil. It helps adults organize packages, quantities, storage places and expiration dates. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, doses or treatment recommendations.

Data saved on your device

Farmacinha does not require an account. Product names, package quantities, expiration dates, storage places, optional photos, review and restock history, app preferences, language and notification settings are stored locally on your device. The current version does not send this cabinet inventory to Cartae servers and does not provide cloud synchronization.

Automatic Android backup is disabled for Farmacinha. Device or operating-system behavior outside the app remains subject to the settings and practices of those providers.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Farmacinha schedules local reminders about cabinet reviews and items that need attention. By default, a notification may show summary counts on the lock screen, but it does not need to display product names. You can disable notifications in the app or device settings.

Ads, consent and third-party services

The free version may display ads through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Farmacinha uses Google consent tools where required and provides access to applicable ad privacy options in the app settings.

Google services may collect, use or share approximate location inferred from an IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with legal obligations. Farmacinha does not send your product names, quantities, expiration dates, places, photos or cabinet history to AdMob.

Data sharing

Cartae does not sell users’ personal or sensitive data. Technical data may be processed by Google as described above when needed to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with the law.

Purchases

Farmacinha may offer a one-time Plus purchase to remove ads and unlock additional features. Google Play processes the purchase. Cartae receives the purchase status needed to unlock the benefit but does not receive your full card details.

Retention and deletion

Your cabinet data remains on the device until you delete it. You can remove individual items in the app. Uninstalling Farmacinha removes the app’s local data from the device. Because the current version does not create accounts, there is no account deletion flow.

Data processed by Google services follows Google’s own retention and deletion controls.

Security

Farmacinha keeps the main cabinet data locally and uses secure connections for third-party services. No application can eliminate every risk, so keep your device protected and its operating system up to date.

Children

Farmacinha is not directed at children. It is intended for adults and caregivers who organize household supplies. Adults are responsible for keeping medicines safely out of children’s reach.

Your rights under Brazilian law

Where Brazil’s General Data Protection Law applies, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, deletion or anonymization of personal data, subject to legal limits. Email suporte@cartae.com.br.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Farmacinha changes its features, data practices, third-party services or legal requirements. The updated version will show a new revision date.
